He knows exactly who they are and what they're about. This man is mourning this country. This nation is too stupid to mourn itself. That's why Republicans just slam dunk on everybody with very little resistance. Trump knew he won when Democrats blinked and forced Biden to quit.

On a more serious note: Trump is naming Charles Kushner (Jared's father) as ambassador to France.

Kushner was convicted of preparing false tax returns, retaliating against a cooperating witness, and making false statements to the Federal Election Commission in 2005.

He served more than 16 months of a two-year sentence in federal prison and a halfway program before he was released in 2006,. Trump pardoned Charles Kushner in 2020, saying at the time that Kushner was devoted to philanthropic organizations and causes.

The Secret Service had nothing to do with this case. That's a right wing media lie started by the gun shop owner, who claimed agents visited his store. There is no corroborating evidence for that.

How many other cases like this can you site with this set of facts, resulting in federal charges being filed?

The passport Hunter Biden provided a Delaware gun shop in 2018. It does not provide his address and is not sufficient to purchase a handgun.
StarQuest Shooters & Survival Supply not only sold him the .38 revolver anyway, but it later tried to cover its tracks by quietly adding a note to the form years later. The shop’s owner, Ron Palimere, admitted to federal agents that the store annotated the form around 2021 with a handwritten line “D.E. VEHICLE REGISTRATION.”


The issue almost became a point of contention in the trial when Biden’s defense team tried to raise it, but Judge Maryellen Noreika ruled that the shop wasn’t on trial and that the gun sales form would confuse jurors.

But gun control activists say that ruling showed a double standard in favor of convicting Biden while ignoring the violation by the gun shop.


“We don’t give drug dealers a pass to get the possessor,” said David Chipman, a former senior policy adviser at Giffords, whose nomination by President Joe Biden to lead the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives ended when it failed to gain enough Senate support in 2021. “It’s criminal investigation 101. How the government has bent over backward to explain away the more serious felony is shocking.”

All, true, but incomplete.

No one else would have been prosecuted like Hunter has been for this--they would have been offered a plea deal like the one that was on the table earlier, until the Republicans pressured the prosecutor to pull it.

The American voters indicated they no longer cared what Biden or his Vice President promised to do or not do. Not sure why they suddenly care again.
