The missus and i thoroughly enjoyed "How to Train Your Dragon". It's the first movie that we all (the 2 of us plus 3 year old bazookagirl) watched all the way through. And I mean she even sat through the credits.

The wife and I chuckle every time Gerard Butler utters that line. It just strikes us both funny.

My 19 year old daughter was telling me that it was supposed to be really good. Maybe we will get it from Netflix when she is home over winter break.

My daughter (soon to be nine) read all the books in the series by
Hiccup Horrendous Haddock III (translated from Old Norse by Cressida Cowell) and she assures me that the original "How to Train Your Dragon" books are far superior to the movie. Make of that what you will.

Loved the movie, saw it 4 times, including IMAX 3-D.

They totally stole the mannerisms ( and looks) of the dragon from our black cat.
Great film!

Really enjoyed this movie with my wife and 3 kids.
However, I thought it a little odd that all the Vikings had Scottish accents! Dad
