why do feel like they're going to fall apart when you pick one up
Because they are cheaply mass produced in Malaysia?

Cheapy plastic parts all the way.
That's kind of what I figured. We can take a Rainbow into the dealer in town and have rebuilt over and over to
like new. We've been using ours, with the exception of a good cleaning, just like we got it from the yard
sale. We picked in a couple of attachments from the dealer and he said he rebuilds them all the time,
some 30-40 years old.

Roomba.

I was in Sears several years ago and they had a Roomba charging station with one sitting in it and thought
I believe I'll press the Go button or whatever it has and off it went. Then some little ol' lady that worked
there started speaking loudly, "Who turned on the Roomba". I laughed and said I did. I thought it was
kind of neat going all over the place.
