.....with new episodes......mystery holla'......

Belgian detective Hercule Poirot's "little grey cells" are hard at work again in Series XI of Hercule Poirot on Masterpiece mystery! Clues, clocks and cocktails abound in the trio of new episodes featured in the 2011 season — Three Act Tragedy (June 19), The Clocks (June 26) and Hallowe'en Party (July 3).

David Suchet revisits his signature role as Agatha Christie's super sleuth who, with an expertly twirled mustache and a theatrical flair, solves murders with penetrating perception and no small amount of self-regard.

My wife and I enjoy these Poirot mysteries, although once in awhile there is a real klinker. Perhaps they use different directors for different episodes.

MIssed it -- forgot to reprogram my new DVR for Masterpiece Mystery -- but will record overnight. Agreed that some are not up to snuff but they're usually enjoyable, if only for Suchet's performance.
