equivalent to six cups per day from what I read.... that's a lot of bathroom time.

I would guess not, since the diuretic effect is definitely caffeine-related.

Six cups a day is heavy consumption??? What a bunch of lightweights. I hit 6 cups before 10 am.

With all those antioxidants maybe I'll live forever!

My "cup" is a one liter insulated mug. 2 or 3 mugs a day is not unusual for me.
