wish us good luck Please

small thing: we're going to see a show on Broadway, so we leave the kids with some very good friends for about 8 hours, we never did this before, the most was 3 hours I think. The little one will miss us much Smile

something a little more important: we've committed to go ahead with refinancing, we signed the papers yesterday, so we get about 1% lower interest than before, the payment is only $35 more per month, but we save about 8 years of mortgage (going from 28 that we have left to 20). Hope it all works out.

Thanks

Going from 28 years to 20 years should save you a ton of money on interest payments.

You have to make time for just you and your wife. It might sound selfish and you might tell yourself no one can take better care of your kids than you or your wife. But the truth is you have to keep your relationship with your wife growing.

I can count on one hand and two fingers how many times we went out while our kids were very young. Not good.

Go and enjoy! Kids grow up very fast and when they leave it's just you and your wife.

I'll keep the lit' one busy with my PDF conversion tasks!

Enjoy the respite with your wife. The children need one from both of you, too Wink
