Or are the Studios so damn greedy that they're scared to take a chance on them?

Lithgow, playing Dick Solomon channeling the Reverend in an episode of "3rd Rock From the Sun" because Tommy had a garage band was epic. 3rd season, maybe episode 6 or 8.
