Unions hurt businesses because businesses hurt individual employees.

They are both there to balance each other out.

What's the use of CA getting the tax dollars? The money will be squandered/wasted anyway. I rather save my tax money rather than having the state wasting it on unoccupied buildings, crazy high salaries for the legislators, excessive spending, corruption, etc.

In addition to that stuff, they pay for some useful things too.

Yes, useful things like entitlement programs. There's so much fraud in the welfare benefits and food stamps...waste, waste, waste.

Laying off teachers so they can increase the salaries and retirement funds of upper management.
