An amazing rescue caught on camera

Slightly OT...If I don't wear a safety belt when driving my nice heavy SUV in Florida I'm breaking the law. If a motorcyclist doesn't wear a helmet she's not breaking the law, and under Florida law you don't even have to have insurance to ride a motorcycle. Go figure!

Can we assume that the guy in the dark suit was the driver and was a bit shaken? He is just standing around doing nothing while everyone else helps.

Great effort by those folks to get him out. He was very lucky.

Except for the guy in the suit just standing around taking up space.

Donor cycles are great for transplant patients. But if it were up to me, I'd ban these death traps on wheels from the road.

That's a stupid thing to say. While it's true that there is a good number of people who ride motorcycles irresponsibly, the majority ride carefully. Think about how many accidents are caused by car drivers not paying attention to what they're doing. I don't want to assume to much about this particular accident, but generally colliding with a "car pulling out from a parking lot" is not the motorcycle rider's fault.

Sorry, maybe I just didn't notice it, but I didn't see the guy they pulled from under the car wearing a helmet.

As I wondered previously, he could be the driver and maybe in a bit of shock.
