Twisted chardonnay. Simple and quick.

Lettuce wraps... Costco ground beef sauteed w/ veggies and some Asian and Mexican hot sauces. Waiting for ice cream in half an hour.

Trim the very tops off to get rid of the sharp points. Then turn each upside down and bang it once on the countertop to help separate the leaves. Then stuff a mix of bread crumbs, s&p, romano or parmesan cheese, crumbled cooked bacon and olive oil all around the leaves. Steam until you can easily pull out one of the leaves. Yum.

Grilled Hamburgers and Angus Beef Hot Dogs on my Weber. Don't know how I ever grilled anything decently without my Weber.
