Not that I'm aware of. I usually get a few emails whenever something I have listed is about to expire from people trying to get a deal.

How about marking your calendar? As I remember for my locale (San Francisco Bay area) for sale items expire in 7 days, other cities can last as long as 45 days. Other types of adds such as resumés, Gigs, etc last 30 days and again 45 days in other cities. Details at this link http://www.craigslist.org/about/help/posting_lifespans
If you do a lot on Craig's list it is a lot easier to create your own free account and manage multiple adds from your own account page. That's what I have done and it makes it almost effortless.
