i find Gap's clothing pretty nice, but very overpriced (IMHO)

even on clearance, it's barely reasonable.

they also don't stock much in my size (XXL shirt).

I agree. However, they are the only ones that would fit me nicely and have my sizes. Good thing: I don't shop that often.

the in-store sales around the first of the year were great, but not so much the last 5 years or so. I still have some clothes picked up for only a few bucks that are quite nice (and durable).
