Groupon Pentax Q update
#1
FYI; I got this, so the lens is prime after all

IMPORTANT NOTICE
Hi space-time,
Thank you for purchasing a Pentax Q Kit with Standard Prime Lens from Groupon Goods.
We're writing to let you know that one of the featured images for this deal displayed an incorrect model. The Pentax Q10 was pictured temporarily instead of the Pentax Q. Also, although the specifications were listed correctly, we erroneously noted below the image that the lens has zoom capabilities when it does not. We sincerely apologize for any confusion caused by our error.
Because most packages have already shipped, we are unable to cancel or change your order at this time. If you are in any way unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return it for free, 100% on us. To print a prepaid return label, please visit www.groupon.com/mygroupons within 14 days of delivery and click on the arrow next to "Track Order" for this item.
Thanks for your understanding, and we sincerely apologize once more. Please don't hesitate to contact us at www.groupon.com/support if you have any other questions or concerns.
Regards,

Looks like fun. Saw this picture at http://pentaxforums.com the other day of the Q-K adapter... that thing is just so small!

AFAIK that atapter from Pentax is $249!!!

there are some cheaper versions out there.

I also heard that Q does not have an anti-aliasing filter, which is why the images are sharp...

Sure, the purchase price is more than your Q kit... but couldn't you say the same about a (or any) nice lens... as much if not more than the body you put it on?

It just looks so weird when the lens is so huge.

From looking at the flash shoe, there is no TTL flash capability?

Seems like a tab for protection is on there to my eyes.

Looks a little weird but it really does work. I'm not sure I'll ever have need of it but what the hey!
