Last Week: Got in 2 upper body workouts and a ropes course. Almost wet myself but I got through it. Here is the link to the course. http://utaholympiclegacy.com/activity/ca...re-course/

This week's goal: 2 upper body workouts and maybe some treadmill time.

The week after this I get back to my normal routine of 3 upper body and 2 lower body workouts per week.

48.48 miles at my treadmill desk. 11.3 light interval work. Weight steady. More things on my schedule this week so less workout time.

It must run in the family, I still remember Rock getting weak knees at the G.G.Bridge. :My_custom_Emoticon:

Wetting yourself wouldn't be so bad.

I've almost shit myself several times. That's a risk you take when you run first thing in the morning.

Keep going everyone. I had a couple stagnant weeks but am back on track. Good diet and weight loss continue but exercise needs to increase more.

Is wetting one's self count as exercise?

A little off topic:

Walking can irritate my Achilles tendon, & I've got this condition on both feet:

Curious if anyone else has the same, & if they were able to manage it w/o surgery (debridement).

At worst I've had to take a course of methylprednisolone to cure the inflammation.

Needed something I could start easy with but do frequently. I've been riding a little this summer, and 1/2 hour a day around the neighborhood recently. Sort of an informal high intensity interval session, it works upper thighs and respiratory, but not so long that I'm out needing water or breaks.

My neighborhood is all hills with cul-de-sacs and I go up and down each street, making a right turn each time, so it creates a big loop going away and coming back to the house. There are 3 streets in particular very steep, but the "course" I've outlined is such that I'm riding for about 10 minutes before hitting the big one, so I'm warm by then.

So far I'm staying in the same medium-low gear throughout. It's low enough (med front ring, 3rd largest in rear on a MTB) that I can just barely make it up up the steepest hills very slowly. Going down I could probably reach 25mpg in short order but that just makes my "break" shorter, so I don't.
