In iOS 7, yes. (and potentially Mavericks, but not yet)

Until then, I don't think you can.

What OTDL said (except it will be in Maverick's FaceTime), but in the meantime, this may work:

It hasn't been advertised in Mavericks, yet. Though I expect it will be.

I've also been running Mavericks, and all updates, since it's release. FYI
