this topic came up in conversation the other night.
I need 8 hours but sometimes get by on less, like 7. If I've had a hard workout i might need 9. I really need my sleep. I frequently take a mid afternoon nap, 20 min or so.
how about you?

Wrong side, but.. I use the iHome app to track my sleep time. I average 7.10 hours of sleep a night. Which means I get about 6 hours during the weekdays, and 12 or so on the weekends, to try and catch up from my sleep deficit. My body WANTS 8 hours.

I used to do best with over 7 hours. I am lucky to get 5 hours due to sleep problems.

Average about 6.4 hours per night. I check my cpap machine every morning and 6.4 seems to pop up almost every day. I really need about 7 hours and usually can't do more than that.
I really need to get my behind to bed earlier, as I always seem to stay up longer than planned.

I dream about government kenyans selling my kids, grandkids, house and property to little tiny chinese trolls. After promising if I like my kids, grandkids, house and property, I can keep my kids, grandkids, house and property. Takes hours to get back to sleep.

7 hours is good for me. That's about what I usually get.
