OT: if $100/$50 bill withdrawn what will remain?

$20s? can you imagine going for $1000 and getting $20s? I'll have to get a bigger billfold. I'm not for dropping $100 bills. Pennies YES

The needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few.
You don't need big bills and you don't need a confederate flag.
Sorry, but we get to control you because you have allowed us to.
What's best for your interests is what's best for ours, whether you like it or not.
Nice state to live in, eh ?

People still use cash?

Ok, I guess maybe Craigslist. and garage sales. Although we took cards at our last sale, Square.

So how do those little card readers that attach to your iPad or iPhone work with the new chipped cards?

I don't think i have ever carried a $100 bill; a $50 maybe a couple of times, but never a $100 so I won't miss those.

if they're getting rid of 50s and 100s then they should put the half penny back into production!

(but seriously, i think i'm missing some context here)

Sounds like another move to serve banking interests. No one is more interested in creating a cashless society than our beloved card issuing banks.

I use the $100 bills when I buy cars. $4 or $5k in twenties would be nuts.
