I think there is some confusion here... yes, some women age wonderfully and some have very skilled surgeons. The two are not the same.
Some men/women are more attactive when older....

I think I said it before, 80% of women would look even more incredible if a professional makeup artist spent a half hour trying to make them look like they weren't wearing makeup. The look in the OP is a lot more subdued. One of the S.F. area gyms used to have a picture of her from before she became famous. She looks great and it is hard to tell it is the same person.
