Say we get a site blocked at work...
#1
...because everyone on the company wants to watch a little Indian man dance over and over again thereby getting IT in a hizzy and blocking YouTube. Is there a site I can go through to view sites the man has blocked?

Load it through a proxy server.

Search Google and you'll find a bunch of them.

an *open* proxy server. An open *anonymous* proxy server is a nice thing to have in your back pocket.

trying to go around the proxy server will get the attention of your IT wonks. And they know the phone numbers for the HR wonks, who wrote the policy about using company equipment to watch little Indian men dance around.

So cut that crap out, and get back to work !!!

(Seriously, the FIRST thing good proxy servers block is anyonymizer services, google cache, and stuff like that. I know, my company blocks damn near everything.)
