I decided to employ the strategy of random picks so my pride isn't hurt as much when my bracket falls apart on the first day and crushing any chances of winning the forum bracket challenge out of reach.
My Utes survive a first round scare. My bracket looks terrible. I'll take it.

I messed up and didn't get my brackets done on time :cursin:
I was gonna use the winnings for some much needed surgeries.

I had Yale, but I missed on Little Rock and Butler (although I swear I picked Butler!!!). Also,
I usually love picking against AZ, but I didn't pick Witchita State either because the bracket i filled out classified them as a "play in game." Takes some research or some stones to pick the "play in" winner for an upset.

I didn't get my act together in time for the brackets. Little Rock Trojans is my home town team (they were formerly known as UALR Trojans). We only have one major college sports team in the state, the Razorbacks, and they're in Fayetteville. The Razorbacks were expected to not do well this year after losing key members from the SEC runner up and Round of 32 team last year to the NBA. Little did I realize the Trojans would be carrying the banner for the state this year., and them beating Purdue was a surprise to my uninitiated mind as well.

Derek Fisher went there. I didn't know they changed the name of the school.

I could have survived my misses because I had them losing the next round regardless except for Perdue. I had the boilermakers making a run to the elite-8. That loss hurt
