Only one treadmill workout this week, I missed the yard work session due to rain again.

She hit her head pretty hard, looks like enough to knock her out.

Zip for exercise again. I kinked my back last week so I have another excuse to use. Weight is up four pounds this year.

Was really looking forward to my first long, outdoor run of the year on Friday.

Stomach flu had other ideas.

Otherwise got 20 km in last week and four weight sessions.

Exercised every day for the last 16 days, but blew my streak on the Apple Watch because I didn't get my heart rate up enough on a hike yesterday to count as "exercise."

15 days of "filling my rings" is nevertheless a nice streak. And I hit the Valentine's Day challenge, which rewarded me with some animated hearts that I can use in the Messages app.

I've been cooking healthier food at home. I've been walking about 25 miles a week at a brisk pace, on the trails near my house.

Was working day and night last week, then came down with a stomach bug this weekend. Got a new seat to try out on my bike. Still dealing with prostate problems. I am seriously considering a recumbent bike. The wife is trying sooo hard not to laugh. At one point she sobered up and said - “you are serious about this, aren’t you?”

A-yup. Gotta get in my adrenaline rush, and I really love cycling. So there!

It wasn't my best week here. Had a little pain in my elbow so I took a few days off with the dumbbells. I did do two sessions and got out on my bike on just two days, partly because of the weather and laziness.

I really like cycling too. I saw a video where a guy said it's impossible to be depressed when you're riding a bike - I think that's true for me.
