I was only able to hang in for a small part. Horrifying in so many ways. The worst is that I am friends with some who are buying in to Trump's mendacity. I fear that that fact will impact my friendship with these folks.

I am no fan of Clinton. I think the should have gone after him. The moderator asked them if they would put troops in Iraq. She answered, he went off on a rant and never answered. She should have forced the issue, and since she didn't I think she came off as weak, or at least rattled. I keep imagining how Obama would have taken him apart. Sometimes you need to depart from the prepped talking points and seize the moment. Lost opportunity, at least in the few minutes that I was able to watch.

She beat him at his own game. She taunted him, called him names, belittled his ideas. Don't think he saw it coming after she mostly smiled and ignored stuff during the first two debates.

Trump was childish and pathetic and sounded dumb.
