Canadian VPN?

I would like to watch some programs on the Canadian History channel. I believe I can do it if they think I am in Canada. I believe a Canadian VPN would enable me to do that. So my question is what is a good Canadian VPN, preferably free. Thanks.

Couldn't you just use something like IPVanish, Opera VPN, etc. and choose a Canadian city as your location? But, what do I know?

The latest Opera Browser have a built in VPN and one of the location choices is Canada.
