What say you? Is improved mobile legibility / readability without pinching/zooming/rotating something you'd chip in to fund?
Would you contribute to upgrade the forum for a better mobile experience?

Phorum, the softer the Forum runs on doesn't have a mobile version. As far as I can tell, Phorum is no longer in development. My understanding is that Brian Moon, an employee at Dealmac, was a major developer of Phorum, it was sorta his pet project. Dealmac's shutdown of their forum probably killed the project for him. He was last active on the Phorum website in 2013.
If this forum is to be made mobile friendly, it'll probably require a lot more work than you realize. Alternately, the entire forum would need to be moved to new software, losing the entire archive of posts.

I've made it work on my Android (4.3) by just double tapping to enlarge. It's a pain, no doubt, but I am so used to it after many years, that I don't think much of it. Of course, posting is a Royal PITA, so I do that on my laptop, as I am doing right now!

It works fine on my iPhone 4S.

I'd chip in. It seems that between a number of people here we should be able to make something happen. There are a number of things about Phorum that could be improved - and a number of them wouldn't take a hell of a lot of effort.
Mobile friendly styling would be a great step. So would emoji / utf8 support.

I couldn't justify it, myself. I will go on this forum via phone only if I'm absolutely desperate. Otherwise, it can wait until I get to a real computer.
