A few Firefox questions...
#1
I'm using Firefox 57.0.4 on OS X 10.9.5, as a secondary browser.

It tells me to update to 62.0.3, but I'm thinking that's not compatible with Mavs. Their site says 5.2.x.x is the download for Mavs. Is that right?

Can I set four or five tabs in Firefox so that when it's launched, the tabs open to their respective pages?

Can I turn off javascript in Firefox? I don't see that option.

I will say I don't like the UI or appearance one bit. (LOL) That's true of every browser other than Safari that I've seen.

I was working on several tabs in two browsers and lost track, thinking I didn't click Submit.

for some reason they removed the 'Notes' field from the bookmarks properties in the the last release or two. I've tried communicating with multiple developers and they seem utterly baffled that a) someone would use this feature b) someone would be upset that this feature that's been in Netscape/Firefox since the beginning would be removed. The Notes are still available, but they're hidden in an HTML file. The dev I spoke with gave really clear instructions for how to retrieve the information, but when I asked where I was supposed to put it so that the notes remained useful he seemed really confused. He couldn't understand that it was a feature that many people needed and used daily. I fear that he is a developer who has never actually used the product that he's a developer for.
