There are a lot of 'civilians' in high risk neighborhoods and jobs (security, courier, etc..)... but yeah, the 'average' person has no damn need for body armor. The average person has no damn need to carry a firearm around all day. Walk around like a tactical wannabe fool, you're gonna see a SWAT team following you because you sure look like you're up to no good.

I mean, yeah, I can legally carry a shotgun while I'm mowing my lawn. But my neighbors are sure as hell gonna call 911 on my ass. Rightfully so. This 'Open carry' BS is legalized terroristic threatening. Should not be legal.

You know, it really is. It says, "I consider life a war zone and accept/prefer it to remain as such. So I'll be provocative because someone lied to me and said 'bad guys' would be intimidated by my strut."
