A Full Moon, Friday the 13th-what could possibly go wrong?
#1
The Harvest Moon rises tonight and goes completely full at 12:34am on Saturday morning. Friday the 13th fans are worrying about the coincidence.

Oh, and there's a comet from outside our solar system approaching.

Have a nice day!

The cbelt3 household is safe because we have two fully black cats and one tuxedo cat who is 60% black (and fat and fluffy !). Our paths are crossed all the time, and that offsets the evil juju from the 13th and the Moon.

It's also Chinese Moon Festival (Mid-Autumn Festival) today!

You all have your moon cakes?

Assuming that is EDT, then it will before midnight for the rest of the country. Is it time to say goodbye to CA?

Thats always my question -- 12:34 AM -- where? Grennich mean time? East coast, West Coast? Japan? Although Im assuming the article was written by someone in NY, because theres NY -- and then the rest of the world.

Went to work this morning to be met with:

Five rooms of computers (~150 desktops) needing to be individually rebooted after a power flicker
Two rooms at 90 degrees because the air went out
All the pencils and paper worksheets were missing from another room
Security carousels in another room were missing.

Everything had to be reset up for state testing within 40 minutes.

odd coincidence for sure.
