Gets errors in Safari 12.0 .3

[lost in space]

Safari wants to reload YouTube homepage repeatedly. Anybody else seen this? Not seeing this problem in other browsers or on other websites.

I had that happen a week or two ago. I force shutdown my iPad, restarted and the behavior was gone.
