I am 70. I get to take one of those every time I get a physical which is about once a year. The three (or five) words are unrelated: pencil, apple, glass. All Pres. Trump needed to remember for the interview was ’person’ and The Apprentice. The other words flow from those two. And I really doubt if those were the five words he was given.

I wondered that too..and was is he talking about a current test or the one he took 3 yrs ago?

He says it is the the test that "Dr. Ronny Jackson" gave him, so that means it is the test from early 2018. Trump proves his memory is not good by repeatedly saying he took the test "recently".

I find that a little odd. I'm a bit older, have annual physicals and not yet been asked to take a cognitive test. Maybe they've already decided I'm somewhat demented?
