You have to right click 'view image to get a good look at the sold out crowd at the San Angelo Rodeo in San Angelo, TX.

Rodeo fans packed into every seat and I couldn't see one mask in the whole crowd. It's a good thing Gregg Abbot declared the pandemic over.
