Does Priceline no longer have bidding?
#1
i haven't used them in over a year but the Priceline site is totally confusing me. is there now only the name a price for a specific hotel option? what happened to the zone system? or maybe i'm not looking in the right place?

I can understand why you're confused.

They've introduced a whole bunch of fixed-price options that come up first.

You have to click on the Name Your Own Price button to continue bidding the old (and often considerably cheaper) way.

BTW, don't take those posted prices too seriously.

I remember when I could name my own price for groceries then you prepaid for them and picked them up. Pretty cool at the time. However, I loved it when my store agreed to the price then they didn't have the item.
