Posting here instead of in General since I have the gut feeling not many people check the General forum.

There are some new users who already spam, even in Russian.
One of those users had their username crossed out recently but now it's back posting Spam.

Is there anything we can do?

Automatically hide those threads if several people report it? when I reported it, i got a message that this thread was already reported by another user. So one is not enough.
