I bought a Kodak Easyshare Picture Viewer at Costco as a Christmas present, but could not get it to work properly with my Mac, big suprise, but that isn't the story. Anyway, I returned it a few days later and got a credit to my credit card for the purchase. There was a $30 rebate for it which I filed on-line the day I bought it, before I opened it and found out it wouldn't play nice with the iBook.
So, sure enough, since Costco is so good with rebates, it arrived in the mail today. My question is, should I:
1. Void the check and take it to Costco
2. Just tear it up and throw it away
3. Just let it lay around till after the expiration date and then throw it away?
I'm not going to cash it, but I just don't know the best way to handle it. I've never had this happen before. So if anyone else has had this happen, I would appreciate advice on how to deal with it. And no, I'm not going to mail it to any of you so you can tear it up for me.
