therm_pm72.c patch?

How in the world do I apply the patch? I have one of them G5's that will randomly shutdown (a zap and no power---very very scary).

That is a LINUX Patch, are you running LINUX?
If you are running LINUX, you wouldn't be asking this question.
This patch is not for OSX!
In the future, please do not install system level patches that Apple did not write.
