USB scale not working with v. 1.0 build 10

What am I doing wrong?

How is it not working? If you start it with weight on it it will say error. You must hit tare and then it will be ok. If that is not it give us some more information. Maybe download the updated one I posted. It has a lot of extra info with it.

I must give the simple response -

did you press "tare"

this will often reset it.

your mac is definitely recognising the scale otherwise it would complain that you didn't have it connected.

Yes, I hit tare and I still get the Err

Try hitting 'tare'.

If doesn't work, unplug and replug the scale. Also try plugging into a different USB port.

Plugged and unplugged, did the tare. Tried this on the albook and g4 and both USB scales do this.

Seriously, mine wouldn't work until I updated Tiger. Now @ 10.4.5 and it works fine.
