Good find, what4, if you don't mind the strict terms of the rebate.
1. DVR-111D Beige, Purchased on May 28. 2006 Only
2. Complete rebate form
3. ORIGINAL Invoice
4. One Original Product Label from product package
5. Mail all 3 items, postmarked within 21 days of original purchase date
"Supermediastore.com is not responsible for lost mailing of submission. Proof of mailing doesn't constitute proof of delivery. " "...Allow 8 weeks for processing and delivery of check"
This means you better pay for Delivery Confirmation on the mailing.
...and then WAIT a couple of months ::o
This is why so many, including me, hate rebates.

what4, the rebate goes to Niagra Falls NY. AKA rebatestatus.com
They take 12 weeks to process rebates not 8 weeks.
I know, I have done two rebates with them.A samsung LCD monitor rebate $90 (took a little over 12 weeks) and a Samsung M 2010 Laser Printer. Still waiting for the printer rebate, its been 10 weeks. Their Arizona processing house does take 8 weeks.
Pano, the rebate terms are strict and they take forever.
