Editing Posts, time limit?

So like I went to fix something like a picture link and I could not edit my post. Is there a time limit or is it gone altogether? The one question I will answer as soon as I post eh!

Okay I can edit this post. Now to figure out the time limit. Unless someone already knows the edit time window. I must have just lost track of time tonight.
