Since upgrading to 10.4.8, I can't connect to my normally trusty wireless router. I've reconfigured the router, gone back over the internet and network connections, to no avail. Any ideas? The router has no firmware upgrade listed, so that's not the problem.
Later today, I'll try it on a different wireless network, to see if that works.
Router: Belkin F5D6231-4
Computer: PowerBook G4, aluminium 1.67
Thanks for any ideas.

It's the original poster again.
Well, gosh. The wireless connection just came back, for no apparent reason.
The laptop was just sitting there. I had just posted the message above and read the reply. Then I noticed the Airport Bars on the menu were active again.
Go figure.

This conversation sounds WAAAAAY too much like what would happen in a Windows forum, doesn't it?
"I did a system update, and it JUST STOPPED WORKING. No reason!"
"Hey, I didn't do anything, and it just came back--all on its own! Typical Dull running Winduds. That'd NEVER happen on Macintosh."
