There is a Warehouse type department store in my area called SYMS (think upscale T.J. Maxx) that carries "timeless" fashions. If you look hard enough you can go "preppy" at an affordable price. They have some cool clothes at great prices but it not the cheap crappy irregulars like at T.J. Maxx (Syms is to T.J. Maxx like Target is to Walmart/Kmart).
