And if you could say anything about hybrid drivers, they are more aware of their surroundings than other drivers
Over the past couple years, I've noticed the exact opposite. I've seen more hybrid drivers almost cause accidents than all other cars combined. I now drive as if the hybrid driver is going to make a poor/unaware decision and that has kept me from nailing a few of them.

Do you particularly take notice of hybrids?
"That HYBRID driver sure is dumb!"
All cars do particularly stupid things at one time or another but people are used to it. Doing something a bit dumb on a bike and drivers think, "Cyclists are dumb!" whereas they hardly notice mistakes by other cars. Its called being an easy target.

Yeesh! How many times have we all seen this kind of BS. For example...
"I've seen more (hybrid/volvo/BMW/SUV/Porsche/corvette/mustang/pickup/cadillac/minivan/ricer/motorcycle/bicycle) drivers almost cause accidents than all other cars combined.
Pick one, depending on 1) what you drive, and 2) who you are feeling superior to this week.
Oh, and if you're wondering, no, I don't drive a hybrid.

After watching an alarming number causing havoc on the roadways, yes, I now take notice whenever I'm near a hybrid. And should add that it's particularly the Prius I've seen issues with. SJ has a good comment on how hard it is for drivers to see behind them.
