Quicktime Link???

Hi. My only high speed source for getting Mac updates is my work PC. Can someone please shoot me a direct link to the latest Quicktime version.

Apples site "knows" I'm on a PC and I can't navigate to the Download.

Stuck on 10.2.8 I get message that I need another version of Quick Time when I encounter QT movies and says the updated version is not available on this server.
