I asked my Japanese friend who could make sense of the first line: "special man".
He couldn't figure out the second line. I lost contact with my Chinese scholar friend who knows more than 10,000 characters and combinations.

If reading from right to left: top--Peter, bottom--Patace? They seem to be Chinese characters representing English sounds.

Scholar? 10,000 characters is just barely literate as far as Chinese goes. I'll ask wifey, she's a true Chinese. I'm just a banana...illiterate, but I speakee Chinese (Mandarin if you must know).
