[quote Silencio]DK, why couldn't you rent movies from Apple directly from iTunes on a Mac or PC?
Looks like a Mac Mini is a better choice than an iTV, then. Remote, DVD player, larger hard drive than low-end iTV.

[quote Silencio]Free update to existing AppleTV owners and a decent little price drop. It's getting more tempting for me now, but my poor receiver is out of inputs.
I really do wish AppleTV had Bluetooth built-in to support keyboards and/or mice. DK, why couldn't you rent movies from Apple directly from iTunes on a Mac or PC? Get a HDMI splitter.
