And not one of them knew the answer. Didn't they hear me yelling it at the TV?

I'm glad these weird things happen to other people.

A month ago I got a Melanie Safka song in my head and it wouldn't go away.
I couldn't stop humming that Bicycle Key song all afternoon. Not exactly a tune anyone really plays or hears any more. no clue why.

On the way home I turn the radio on (which is rare enough on it's own).
Half way home WMVY plays that song.
What are the odds ?

That happens to me quite often. Usually the song pops into my head just before it comes on the radio, though. I was amazed the first time it happened (about 30 years ago), but I'm used to it now.

Could be another case of paranormal activity. Have you tried to bend a spoon lately?

Nope. Don't know what it is, or if it's anything at all -- I just know it happens frequently enough for me to have gotten used to it. Always with older songs, too, like bill's "Brand New Key". The first time it happened was with BTO's "Taken' Care of Business;" I heard the first few notes of the distinct guitar riff that opens the song in my head and then immediately heard them again on the radio. That's usually how it happens -- the song on the radio lags the one in my head by a second, two at most.
