My motto is no rebates but it was so hard to find the Brother MFC I need I had to go with one at Staples online. The easy rebate people filled it out for me on the phone. Thought I had this one figured out. Wrong again.
No response online to inquiry form and they sent me an email earlier that it was being processed. Been over three months.
Can I speak to a real person on phone?

quick Google shows this from FW:
Staples Rebate Center 877-266-6483 or 888-856-9210
That's weird, I got my mail in rebate for my Hanns-G 22 in just 6 weeks.

It sucks to get jerked around. I have to say though, the "Easy Rebates" from staples done on line are my absolute favorite. Always get mine within 3-4 weeks without fail.
Hope yours comes through.

Why did you have them do it over the phone? This creates all sorts of potential for mispellings, misentry, etc. I hate rebates =except= for Staples-- my experience has been great.

I received almost instantly the acknowledgement in an e-mail which I still have. They sent another saying it was being processed. Nothing. Literally may have been lost in mail because stuff does not get here it seems all the time. Have a post office box but sure it was sent to delivery address.
Going to use the number provided here see I can do.
The all in one Brother MFC-440CN has never even been set up months later. Took it out of box last month and was disgusted with cheap construction and appearance. The five cartridges make me wish I could have found an HP that would have worked with my system cheap.

When Staples first started their "Easy" Rebates, I bought a number of rebate items. Was only able to get two of them recognized online. The rest (5 or 6) simply couldn't be entered into their rebate system. Went back to the store where I bought them and was blown off by the manager. I simply returned everything. I found out that a lot of buyers had similar problems. I stayed away from Staples for over a year and, still do very little business with them. If the manager had treated me fairly and had expressed some concern, Staples would have had a loyal customer. Sadly, this is not an unusual experience with many businesses.

There is another post around that you should be helping on. Evicting tenants.
