I like the line from there email...
"Our pricing system, which is automated, failed to catch this price error before it went live on our website."
If that system can't catch a $60 mistake on a $90 item; their system is not working.

Going to go look at mine now.
I haven't gotten the email yet and online my status is still pending/processing. I'm sure I will get my cancellation shortly.

maybe the automated part is the translation from inventory management system to website deployment; not error checking for all possible pricing scenarios... they have loss leaders all the time, so simply pricing something under cost, may not in itself be enough to trigger an alarm, especially if loss leaders need a special code to be input to start with... someone keys in loss leader price, and appropriate code, automated system thinks it's OK to move to website, entry error doesn't get caught until bombarded w/ orders from FW, SD, MRF, etc...

Yeah, reports are flooding in now of order cancellation emails, for both drives. It seems though many received the 250's, so I can only guess they shipped what they had? But then what explains the cancellation emails for the 250's attributed to pricing error? What ever the case, it seems no one received the 120's.
