The photo and link are real, but I'm not sure that I'm seeing what I think that I'm seeing.

If you move up and down the street 1 frame each way...It appears that the kid is still standing and all is OK

Be descriptive so I'm not inclined to make unwarranted assumptions, such as assuming it's all about skin color.
I see a kid pointing a squirt gun at his little sister, almost universally rehabbed houses, and fairly recent cars.
