eBay or Craigslist a 256MB RAM module and an internal modem?

Got 256MB PC2-4200S RAM, a left over from our Dell 6000 Inspiron laptop, and a wireless internal modem. With all sorts of fees imposed by eBay, craigslist is a better option, no? Have never done any online sale before so any helpful tips would be wonderful. TiA

Might have problems finding a buyer, I don't know of any computer that can use 215MB RAM modules (nor do I know of any manufacturer of 215MB RAM modules).

okay i'll bite.... I assume that you mean a 256MB stick of RAM.. simple typo.. virtually worthless, but go ahead and sell it... either place is fine.

but what on earth do you mean by wireless internal modem? do you mean a WiFi card? or do you mean a modem?

Hell, man, it's been a looooong day at work. I can't think nor type right It's an internal wifi card.
