thanks for the link.
I wonder how many of those 60 are even worth trying? maybe 10? I remember when years ago Windows users complained that there was so little choice when it came to Mac software, and they had "thousands" of choices, and our reply was "yeah, how many of those are good and how many are pure junk?".

Reinforces what I have seen as well.

Reinforces what I have seen as well. He was only talking about one aspect of a backup in that quote, that of metadata in individual files. Context is important.

Wonderful to see Synk among those mentioned in the Tidbits article. Ben Rister's a fine programmer who started as a student and remembers where he came from. 2 thumbs up for Synk (have used it since the beta days) - clean, simple, pretty quick and seamless.
