I almost wish McCain would win the election
#1
I am sick of their speeches, how the economy sucks, the schools are bad, and the terrorists are all over us. Guess what: didn't GW Bush come up with the tax cuts to boost the economy, with the "No child left behind" policy, and with the war on terror? don't they see that none of these really worked? I wish they would continue to lead for 4 more years and then ask them: Now What?

But 4 years is too much. I couldn't take it.

They would do what they are doing now. Spin the numbers and blow sunshine up our asses.

Don't piss on my back and tell me it's raining.

It'll be different when it's our guy in the White House. When we feel his warm liquid on our backs, we'll smile, and pretend it's rain.

You have no other choice. YOu must vote for McCain.

I am being Sarcastic.....There is another choice. Everything that Palin said during her speech has been proven to be false.

One thing you can beleive is that Republicans have controled for the last 8 years. Change means Democrats, not McCain.

Not only didn't their policies not work, they fundamentally damaged the core integrity of our democracy. Eroded rights and protections supposedly guaranteed us. The Democrats haven't been anything to write home about but the Republicans need to be quartered and drawn. Gutted and finished off. Prosecuted and incarcerated. And on and on.

It amazes me that anyone still would be convinced McCain is "change" and vote for him. I can promise you that if a Democrat was in office the last 8 years and things have gone to hell as they have, I'd be more than happy (ok, maybe not happy) to vote for the other team and give them a shot.

We have such a short attention span in this country and are seemingly so easily distracted, I suppose it should come as no surprise that people forget what has happened over the last 8 years.

I know we all have our own agendas regarding certain issues but I just really wish everyone would shelve them and give the Democrats a chance. Personally, the economy and the privacy issues are more than enough to give the Democrats the benefit of the doubt.
